Description: Togarashi Spice, also known as Shichimi and Japanese Seven Spice, is a classic blend of ingredients including chilli, blackSESAME seed, white SESAME seed, orange peel, ginger root, sichuan pepper and seaweed. The blend is used to season soups, noodles and rice dishes and to flavour tofu and rice crackers.  Try it with cous cous and a sprinkle on fish will bring it alive.

Please note a little will go a long way.

Amazing flavour!

Never tried Togarashi before, but it’s an amazing flavour! I sprinkle this on noodles and stir fry, and it adds that extra super tasty zingy bit of spice and extra flavour. Amazing stuff!
