Rock Salt: Roasted Onion, Thyme & Pink Peppercorn Rock Salt
All of the Rubs and Seasonings can be directly used on your vegetables, Halloumi, meat or fish prior to cooking - it's good to season early to allow the flavours to properly develop.
For marinades, consider blending any of the Seasonings and Rubs with oil, yoghurt or creme fraiche then liberally coating as long as possible before cooking - a teaspoon of lemon or lime juice really enhances the flavours with yoghurt or creme fraiche!
