Description: Let's face it we all love a Thai meal from time to time. This seasoning blends itself well with both chicken and seafood.  Use this seasoning as a marinade or a finishing salt to bring to life the flavours of Asia that we all adore so much. Stir-fries will never taste the same again. With tangy lemon grass, chili, coriander, ginger, garlic, and roasted shallots yum yum yum.

I have used this for years - so good on salads with a little bit of olive oil as a dressing - delicious

If you not used The Thai Rock Salt , then give it a go , we love using it in so many dishes. Tastes great in shepherd's pie as well.

Delicious! Perfect on fresh tomatoes

Second purchase - absolutely love the fresh lemongrass and chilli flavour. Pop it on literally anything but my favourite is on fresh tomatoes with a bit of basil.
