Chicken Fajitas


  • 750g -1kg Chicken, easily cut into strips.
  • 1 medium Onion sliced.
  • 2 large Peppers, sliced - two different colours look nicer
  • 2 tsp Flavourmagic Fajita Seasoning
  • 25ml Lime Juice


  1. Slice the chicken into about 1/2 inch slices.
  2. Marinate the chicken along with everything together in a bowl or plastic bag (a zip-type works well).
  3. If you are going to cook on a BBQ, marinate the meat and veggies separately. Marinating a few minute’s helps with getting strong flavours, up to 2 hours is great.
  4. If you are cooking on the BBQ it needs to be HOT, or you can grill then in the oven, or stir-fry in a pan or wok.
  5. Please cook the chicken well.
  6. Serve in a taco shell with salad greens or wrap them in a tortilla with salad.
  7. Serve either way with salsa, sour cream, fresh coriander and guacamole.
