Flavourmagic Fajita Dip


  • 500mls of Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 3 Tomatoes (flesh only, dump the seeds)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Flavourmagic Fajita Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chopped Mint


Mix the lemon juice and Flavourmagic Fajita Seasoning with Greek yoghurt.
Chop the tomatoes into quarters and scoop out centre keeping just the flesh.
Then dice the flesh into small dice.
Finely slice spring onion and add both to seasoned yoghurt.
Taste your sauce and if you like it hotter just add more seasoning.
Refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
