Flavourmagic Fajita Seasoning Chicken and Mushroom Casserole


  • 2 Large Chicken Breasts cut up roughly
  • 1 Large Onion - diced
  • 4 Sticks of Celery - sliced
  • 4 Carrots - sliced
  • 1 Red Pepper deseeded and sliced
  • 300g Mushrooms - sliced
  • 1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Tomatoe Puree
  • 2 tsp Flavourmagic Fajita Seasoning


This is ideal in a slow cooker simply put all the ingredients in and leave to cook.

If you don’t have a slow cooker:

  1. Fry the onions and the chicken and add the Fajita Seasoning
  2. Put the onions and chicken into a casserole and add all the other ingredients
  3. Put into an oven at 170C (160C Fan) Gas mark 5 for 90 mins.
  4. Serve with rice or baked potatoes.
